Let us introduce you to Christelle!!!

She’ll tell you: travel, travel, travel.

We’ll tell you: Christelle, Christelle, Christelle. Oh yes, we’d take three of her. Every day, we try to soak up as much as we can of her calm and her easy going nature on assignment, before she leaves us for her next travel project in Europe, aka her dream destination.

Because yes, Christelle is our introvert of the family, but she’s also an ambitious, nomadic woman who lives one adventure at a time (while she’s cooking up another one in her head 🤯. Listen up, being a Nomad “is being free to live and to discover.” We didn’t put it in quotes for nothing; those are her words, not ours.

But what we’ll say, anyhoo, is that we’re not a little proud to have discovered you this year. We even secretly pat ourselves on the back 🤭. For plenty of reasons, but, among others, for everything that makes you the nurse and the whole person you are, like when you tell us that:

• Your favourite song is Forget Me by Lewis Capaldi, somebody bring us tissues ASAP!
• Your favourite season is autumn for the colours, but mostly because there are fewer bugs, finally someone honest, buh-bye Watkins
• Your must-haves for a great day are your dose of Chai Latte and your skincare routine, every woman’s dream, really! Keep on inspiring us.
• You never say no to a little game of Werewolf, watch out, you know who the little girl is now when you play with Christelle.
• Getting back to your bed after a night shift is your favourite part of the day, welcome to the club
• What you love most about being a nurse is being able to contribute to society and to have an impact in someone’s life at the end of the day, hey there, we’re still looking for your flaws around here…

In short, we’re pretty happy to have met the Christelle of today, who seems to have grown and who charges toward her dreams without fear of judgment. Without that, you wouldn’t be sitting on your terrace with your coffee, watching the deer wander through your yard, and we wouldn’t have had the chance to write this lovely little piece so the whole world could read about the precious young woman you are.
